I understand that if I require a day off from my scheduled shift, I am obligated to inform my recruiter at least 24 hours before the scheduled shift start time. In case of emergency, I will inform my recruiter at least 7 hours before the shift.

I understand that the company and its clients maintain a zero tolerance policy toward workplace harassment, bullying, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, or violence.

6. Personal Protective Equipment Compliance

I acknowledge that I am required to wear all necessary PPE, including safety shoes, safety vest, gloves, helmet, or any other protective equipment required by the client site.

Racial Harassment
